Leilani Mitchell - Psychological Health

We have created a society where we have lots of mental health issues: anxiety, depression, stress, loneliness, addictions and many other things. How much do we really know about taking care of our psychological health and how much do we practice it? There is a lot that we can do to change our mood, our psychological functioning and take care of how our brains function and how we use it. This short talk will cover some ideas for us to consider about taking care of our brains and minds to enhance our psychological health and sense of wellbeing in the world.

Psychotherapist, TSTA (P) BACP accredited Senior Supervisor.  is an internationally recognised Transactional Analyst specialising in Training, Supervision, Coaching, Education and Psychotherapy. Her passion is facilitating others to improve the quality of their lives whether by increasing personal insight and awareness, increasing skills or developing tools that empower others at home and work. Leilani is founder of The Link Centre ( a training center for counselling, psychotherapy, personal and professional development based in Sussex.
